Scheduling reports

There are several optional reports that you can use to track the various aspects of your scheduling module including class schedules and attendance, student and instructor payments, and schedule conflicts. These are all briefly described below.

Reports for instructors

Attendance Sheet by Instructor

This report lists all students scheduled with an instructor for the month. Instructors can use this report to manually mark student attendance each week.

Instructor Payments

This report lists payments made to an instructor (or all instructors) during a specified time period.

Instructor Schedule by Week

This report lists all scheduled classes for an instructor(s) for the selected week.

Instructor Unavailable Dates

This report lists instructors who become inactive during the specified date range.

List Instructor Invoices

This report lists invoices (paid or unpaid) for an instructor's classes during a specified time period.

List Student Absences

This report lists all student absences, by instructor, during a specified time period.

List Students Attendance

This report lists all student attendance (or absence) records, by instructor, during a specified time period.

List Students by Instructor

This report lists an instructor's current students.

Reports for students

List Student Balance by Instructor

This report lists outstanding balances on instructor invoices for an instructor (or all instructors) and location (or all locations).

Make Up Lessons

This report lists all scheduled make-up classes for an instructor (or instructors) during a specified date range.

Reports for scheduling maintenance

List Absence Codes

This report is a listing of all the absence codes you have created in AIMsi that are available to use as part of the Scheduling module.

List Areas

This report is a listing of all the teaching areas you have created in AIMsi that are available to use as part of the Scheduling module.

List Instructor Fees

This report is a listing of all the instructor fee codes you have created in AIMsi that are available to use as part of the Scheduling module.

List Instructors

This report is a listing of all the instructors you have added in AIMsi.

Area Schedule by Week

This report lists all scheduled students/instructors for selected area and week.

Daily Attendance Sheet

This report lists the students who attended classes with an instructor or area for a specific date.

Schedule By Date

This report lists all scheduled classes for an instructor (or instructors) and location (or locations) during a specified date range.
